Cancellation Policy

Our Invoices are issued to cover the costs of our appropriate resources as allocated, provided and/or expenses incurred on your behalf. Please note that, refunds or credits will not be available or issued for ‘no shows’ or any program sessions cancelled. 

However, should an event organised, by or on behalf of us, be cancelled by us for whatever reason, we will undertake to advise you as soon as possible via email in the first instance. In this instance, a refund will be processed (via your chosen method of payment) less a AU$50.00 or 20% Administration Fee (whichever is the greater).
